1. Services
Mad City Scoops provides pet waste removal services for residential properties within our service area. Service frequency, pricing, and scheduling are agreed upon before service begins.

2. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to all areas requiring service.

Please ensure:

Gates can be opened and securely closed.
Dogs are safely secured or indoors during service.
The yard is free of hazards that could prevent safe cleanup.

If we cannot safely access your property, the visit may be skipped and may still be subject to the scheduled service charge.

3. Pricing

Prices listed are based on one dog unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for:

Additional dogs
Waste haul-away
Yard deodorizing treatment
Initial Yard Reset service for properties with excessive waste accumulation

Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before work begins.

4. Payments

Payment is due according to the agreed billing schedule.

We accept:

Credit/debit cards
Square invoices
Other approved payment methods

Late payments may result in suspension of service until the balance is paid.

5. Weather

We operate in most weather conditions.

Service may be delayed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. If this occurs, we'll contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.

6. Holidays
Service schedules may be adjusted around major holidays. Customers will be notified in advance whenever possible.

7. Satisfaction
If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll work with you to address the issue and make it right whenever reasonably possible.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel recurring service at any time.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled visit to avoid being charged for that service.

9. Pet Safety

For the safety of your pets and our staff:

Dogs should remain indoors or otherwise secured during service unless otherwise arranged.
We will always close gates upon leaving your property.
While not harmful, avoid pets access to areas sprayed with deodorizer until dry.

10. Liability

While we take great care on every visit, Mad City Scoops is not responsible for:

Existing property damage
Hidden hazards beneath grass or debris
Damage caused by unsecured pets

11. Photos
We may take photos of your yard before or after service for documentation or quality assurance. We will never share identifiable images of your property without your permission.

12. Deodorizer Disclaimer
Our deodorizing treatment is formulated to be pet-friendly when used as directed. While it helps reduce lingering odors, results may vary depending on weather conditions, yard conditions, and the source of odors.
